Top Notch service! Professional, Honest, no nonsense mechanic.

Last year I needed to have my drivers door panel fixed. When I tried calling Clutch Auto I found that they were no longer in business & Top Notch Auto Care was in that location. My experience with Farrah was "top notch"! In checking my door panel she told me that it really was a job for an auto body shop & she gave me a referral to National Auto Body where I had 3 of my 4 door panels repaired. I referred Top Notch to my friend who needed to have her car checked out. We both called on a Saturday & left messages. On Monday Farrah contacted us both. My friend took her car in the day before my appointment for an oil change. We both had good experiences & will definitely be taking our vehicles back at their new location!

This is one of the first times I am doing a review, especially because I want to and there are many of use who need this company for there honesty. For the first time I had to tow my car. The closest place, which had the greatest ratings, was Top Notch Autocare. The tow guy understood that the Brakemax I preferred to take my car to was too far away and he reassured me where I was taking it was going to be the best place which I will never look back. The online pictures plus many of the reviews gave me feelings I never felt before based on my past as probably many others. I am very technical and love to do research on my own to attempt to fix my own problems as well others. The female who communicated with me gave me the best information, which also came close enough to my guessing. The ending result, including some other information about axels, was just the best honest information that made sense period. Also, the price was great! This company's standard should be the business model most if not all others should fallow! I would write more but I am not the greatest writer

This was my first time at this business so its too soon to rate. I like that there is a female running the front desk,since i am a female she explained things to me in simple terms. Unfortunately I have been told I need major work on my vehicle in the past and I have been charged more that what was quoted so I am very skeptical I trust NO one, so I will see how this new business works out for me. Trust is earned, be honest with me and I will always pay what’s due.
