They are very honest... Will work with you, and they even have a loaner car... For free! Not to mention their shop is clean and they have coffee and snacks... Even a kids area in case you need to wait... Will definitely recommend!!!

It was a great experience from check in until we received our vehicle back (same day). Farrah was sitting at the desk and got us all checked in. Very knowledgeable and super friendly. It's a drag having to search for a company every time I need a professional service. So when I find honest people, reasonable prices for quality work, I give them all my return business and recommend them to friends and family without reservation. I've been a loyal customer of Top Notch for years, as they are such a company. (And they have great coffee)

I’ve talked to more than a few shops around town, most shops were going to charge me around $1000+ to change my rack & pinion. I felt that was a bit high and I was being lied to about what all needed to be done. So I was referred to Top Notch by a friend. I do not regret this. They’ve been honest with me, and they aren’t trying to replace parts that are new. They are just doing the service that I asked for. And they are honest. It’s unfortunate that I can’t take them with me when I move, but at least they will be servicing Tucson for a long while. Farrah has been amazing and Chis is an amazing technician. I’m so glad I was referred to them.
