I absolutely love Top Notch Auto Care :) I took my Toyota Avalon in a few weeks ago after the A/C suddenly quit working (not a good thing in Tucson) and it was fixed within an hour. I had such a great experience that I took my car back last week for a persistent noise I was hearing. My check engine light had been on for awhile (oops) and Farrah explained that I needed to replace a bearing, my starter, and my brakes. I spent the afternoon in the shop working on my laptop and chatting with Farrah, who is an absolute angel. The waiting room is always comforting and inviting, which is why I had no problem waiting there for my car to be repaired. I am so glad to have finally found a family-owned shop that I trust in Tucson! My car sounds 100% better and is driving like it's brand new again. Chris and Farrah are amazing, as are their employees who always get the job done right.

The usual shop where I take my cars for repairs faced an issue they weren't equipped to tackle. So they needed to refer me to another shop, that could. This new shop is REALLY a good find. It's going to be difficult to not go back to my initial shop to get work done because I'm loyal to them, & they are very good in every aspect. But this new shop is run by the owner a FEMALE ! Oh yes I was VERY skeptical at 1st. After talking about my cars issues, I discovered she very, VERY good at what she does/knows ! And the best part (IMO) is, shes not the least bit arrogant about her knowledge. She simply throws it out there with 0 attitude, & it's easy to absorb ! I highly recommend this shop, ALSO !

I have had every level of work performed on my 4 vehicles by Top Notch from oil change to installation of a new engine and they have never failed to satisfy a very very particular car guy both with both the results and with their caring respectful service. If you care about your car or truck this is the place. Bill

Had a problem with the secondary air injection system on my 2004 Mercedes C-320. Not an urgent issue, but something that would cause the vehicle to fail emissions testing, which is coming up this month. Farrah and team were able to get the car in quickly and back in service after an overnight stay. I was pleasantly surprised at the relatively low cost of the repair! I'll be back.

I rarely ever take the time to write a review for a business, but they earned it. Top Notch Autocare offered fabulous service. They were collegial, honest, flexible, and never tried to upsell me. I needed a part repaired on my vehicle that would take a few hours to get. They let me take my car, do other stuff, and then return without paying for services already rendered. That kind of trust is rare and really caught me off guard. I wholeheartedly recommend them for your auto service.

I just LOVE these guys... Farrah is always the sweetest person and her husband is really nice also. I have never had any issues with any thing that they have fixed

I've had an oil change and also a large maintenance done to my HVAC system here and it has been great. They were recommended highly by a family member and it is only apparent why. I love the fact that they are so informative when you have to make decisions about your car. They aren't going to pressure you on what you need to fix, but really give you all the information and recommendations that are necessary. The service is really friendly, the work is very thorough and they're willing to go the extra mile for the work to be done right and for you to leave more than satisfied.
