My starter went out on my car this morning right before leaving on vacation. I had a million things to do and waiting hours to have my car repaired was not one of them. My regular mechanic was unavailable so I decided to try a new local business. I'm so glad I did! I called Top Notch and talked to Farrah who owns the business with her husband Chris. She gave me a quick reasonable quote and promised to have me out in less than an hour. Farrah greeted me when I arrived in a beautifully decorated, super clean, fresh smelling comfortable space. I swear it could've been her living room. We got to business and true to her word I was on the road in 45 minutes. Not only did Chris replace my starter, knowing we were going to be traveling, gave my car a once over to be sure there were no other issues. There were a couple that could be taken care of at a later date and I will definitely be going back to Top Notch to have them taken care of. Chris and Farrah are great and are a great new addition to Tucson! Thanks for saving the day!

Great auto shop!! Needed my car brakes worked on quickly. My 2 year old grandchild was with me. This is the perfect place when any parent or grandparent have the kids along. The wonderful playroom to keep kids entertained while vehicle is worked on is a Godsend! I was also entertained. Excellent! G. Zabaleta

Chris and Farrah are examples of the very best of American small business: honest, hardworking, wonderful people who make a living helping people with their car care needs. I used them for years in NC, and they are by far the best mechanic shop ever ever used or heard of.

Top Notch is the best auto shop I have ever used. Chris and Farrah are wonderful people, and they take time to explain what the issue is and options to fix it. My 18 year old son has an old truck, and they were so great about helping him prioritize what needed to be done first and what could wait until he had more money saved up. We miss them terribly in NC, and know they will be successful in AZ because of their integrity and great work.
