A few weeks ago I noticed that my car had begun to make some really strange noises, this was a major problem as I was about to make a 500 mile trip and had very little set back for car repairs. I was also frustrated because as a single woman, I have rarely ever had good service in car matters and it had just left a bad taste. For this reason I do many minor repairs myself, however this noise was beyond my realm of knowledge. Top Notch came highly recommended and I decided to take a chance and give them a try. I COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE PLEASED! When I called I explained my travel situation, and they got me in the same day! However I was most impressed with how I was treated, They took the time to listen to me, and allowed me to ask many questions, giving me answers while at the same time, not treating me like I was ignorant (something I have encountered at many repair shops!) They explained the problem, and gave me what I believe to be a VERY reasonable quote, at my go ahead they did the repair same day, and within about 2 hours (TOTAL time!) I was on my way, with a fresh oil change and a new water pump. I highly HIGHLY recommend them, and I myself have finally found a repair shop I can trust!
